One more time
So for one more time this year, I have gotten sick. It started with a terrible sore throat that became a cold or flu. I really can’t tell the difference; I do know I have a pretty bad nasal and chest congestion that has me wheezing each time I take a deep breath. All this is topped off by a dry cough that bugs me mostly in the middle of the night.
But trying to be positive despite the illness, I took a day off work to rest pretty much all day and then had a chance to go meet with two separate groups of friends, enjoy Chinese food with Mom, and enjoy a most relaxing Sunday. As has become my custom, I also saw movies. This week’s picks were The Reader and Dan In Real Life, both of which I recommend.
