Four Friends, One Goal
Four of us have the common goal of getting into shape this year. It is not about looking good but rather about being healthy. We have committed to start an exercise program with each other as our support network. So, for the first month I am to exercise for 15 minutes or to walk for 45 minutes three times a week. If I don’t stick to the plan, then I must pay the penalty and contribute to our rewards fund. As the procrastinator that I am, I have waited until the last three days of the week to start exercising.
